    The unit has a flow cytometer Beckman Coulter FC500 MPL.

    Multicolor cytometer in monolaser stream to achieve 5 marks simultaneously:

         Optical exitation:

    Blue laser (Argon), air-cooled 488 nm

    Analysis chamber quartz cuvette of high sensitivity

         Optical emission:

    High sensitivity photomultiplier tubes (PMT's) FL1 (FITC), FL2 (PE), FL3 (ECD), FL4 (PC5 or APC), FL5 (FP7) with a spectral range of 185-900 nm,
    a detector size (FS) - a detector diffraction (SS)

         Optical filters:

    500 nm long pass (LP) - 530 short pass (SP)
    488 nm, 550 nm, 600 nm and 710 nm dichroic, long pass (DLP)
    615 nm dichric, short pass (DSP) - 525 nm, 575 nm, 620 nm, 675 nm band pass
    755 nm long pass - Neutral density filter

         DNA analysis software

         Automatic software adjustment and quality of the instrument

         Monolaser streaming
